1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and playdesh ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering or using any part of the playdesh platform, you agree to and are bound by all Terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any provision in these Terms, you are not permitted to use the playdesh platform. Continued use of the platform after the date any amended Terms take effect will be deemed full acceptance of all such changes.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use the playdesh platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be a person legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• Not be included on any self-exclusion list maintained by playdesh or a relevant authority.
• Not be an employee, partner or immediate family member of a playdesh employee.
• Not be accessing the platform from a territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

playdesh uses technical measures and compliance procedures to ensure the platform is not accessed by ineligible individuals. Users who provide false information about their age or identity will face immediate account termination and forfeiture of all fund balances associated with the fraud.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to register one account at playdesh. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, complete and current. The information required includes:

• Full name as stated on your identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• A valid date of birth for age verification of 21+.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A mobile phone number registered in your name.
• A valid payment method for deposits and withdrawals.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

playdesh accepts a variety of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

The deposit methods available at playdesh are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online Banking via FPX
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH

The minimum accepted deposit is RM20 for all payment methods. You must ensure that funds deposited originate from an account or digital wallet registered in your own name. playdesh does not accept third-party payments.

5 Fund Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed by playdesh within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the chosen method and applicable verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, playdesh reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents including:

• A copy of the front and back of your identity card (MyKad).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
• Any additional information required by the compliance team.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or digital wallet used for the deposit, or to an alternative method that has been verified. This is a safeguard against money laundering and fraud.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

playdesh offers various bonuses to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

The playdesh Welcome Bonus gives a 150% first deposit bonus up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount. Below are calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Wagering requirement RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Account balance RM900 → Wagering requirement RM300 × 25 = RM7,500

Bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses unless stated otherwise. playdesh reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse or promotion fraud.

7 Game Rules

All games available at playdesh — including slots, live casino, sports betting, Teen Patti and fishing games — are run using certified random number generators (RNG) or through licensed live game providers.

The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system. Except in cases of proven technical error, no appeal against game results will be considered. In the event of a technical fault, playdesh reserves the right to void all affected bets and return funds to the user's account.

For sports and esports betting, playdesh follows the established odds settlement rules. Odds displayed are accurate at the time they are shown and may change before a bet is confirmed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

playdesh users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Opening or using multiple accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technological tool to manipulate games or bets.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Conducting money laundering activities or financing terrorism through the platform.
• Depositing funds using a third party's account or credit card.
• Abusing bonuses, promotions, or the VIP programme in a manner inconsistent with the intended purpose of those offers.
• Attempting to compromise or disrupt the integrity of the gaming system or the platform's technical infrastructure.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the playdesh platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface designs, software code, domain names, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of playdesh or its licensors.

Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of playdesh's content without explicit written consent from playdesh management. Use of content for personal purposes that do not involve commercial distribution is permitted.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting playdesh customer service via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all eligible withdrawable balances will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.

playdesh reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if:

• There is evidence of a breach of these Terms.
• The user fails to complete the identity verification procedure within the specified period.
• There is suspicious or unlawful activity involving the account in question.
• Authorities issue an instruction relating to that account.
• The user requests self-exclusion through the responsible gambling tools.

11 Limitation of Liability

playdesh is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of expected winnings, service disruption due to scheduled maintenance, or technical issues beyond our control.

playdesh makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. We will endeavour to keep downtime to a minimum and users will be notified in advance of any planned maintenance.

12 Responsible Gambling

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
